How It Works

One week, from oven to your hands.

No display case, no day-olds, no guessing. We bake one short menu each week, only for the people who asked for it. Here's exactly how a box goes from our kitchen to your table.

This week's fresh bakes, boxed and ready for Saturday pickup
The Short Version

Made to order, one week at a time.

Three steps, once a week. That's the whole ritual.

Step 1

See the menu

Every Sunday morning we post the week's lineup — usually five to seven items, never the same twice. Breads, cakes, and pastries, each in a small fixed batch.

Step 2

Reserve your box

Add what you want and check out before Thursday 6:00 PM. Once a tray is spoken for, it's gone until the bake returns — some items never do.

Step 3

Pick up fresh

We bake Friday night into Saturday morning. Your box is ready Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM — still warm, never from a case.

The Weekly Rhythm

Every week, the same heartbeat.

The calendar never changes — only the menu does.

  1. Sunday

    The menu drops

Sunday morning, the week's lineup goes live on the menu page and lands in subscribers' inboxes. Batches are small and fixed — first come, first served.

  2. Thursday

    Pre-orders close at 6 PM

The cutoff. We count every reserved box, plan the bake, and order exactly what we need — nothing more, nothing wasted.

Layered fruit cream cups, portioned for the week's reservations
  3. Friday

    Bake day

The kitchen runs from dusk to dawn. Doughs that started days ago finally meet the oven, in batches sized to exactly what was reserved.

  4. Saturday

    Pickup morning

Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM at our kitchen door. Your name on the box, still warm inside. Missed the window? We'll hold it until Sunday evening.

Why Made To Order

Every loaf we don't bake is one that doesn't go to waste. Somewhere across the world, too many children still go to bed hungry. Baking only what's reserved means we use what we have with care — and there's never enough left over for no one.

Good To Know

Questions, answered.

What if an item sells out?

Batches are fixed in size, so when the counter hits zero the item is stamped "Sold out" for the week. Join the newsletter — subscribers hear about each menu first, before it's announced anywhere else.

When and how do I pay?

At checkout, when you reserve. Your box isn't confirmed until payment completes, and you'll get a confirmation email with pickup details right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Any time before Thursday 6 PM, yes — just reply to your confirmation email and we'll sort it out. After the cutoff we've already planned the bake around your box, so it's yours.

Where do I pick up?

At our kitchen door, Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM. The exact address is in your confirmation email and on this week's menu page.

Do you deliver?

Not yet. Pickup keeps every box at its freshest — and it's how we keep a one-person kitchen sustainable.

What about allergies or dietary needs?

Every menu item lists its ingredients. For anything specific, write to us before you order — a small kitchen means traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs are always possible.

Ready When You Are
